Koay Jenny

Koay Jenny has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Koay started their career as an E-Commerce Assistant Manager at Nexus Resort Karambunai in 2011 and then moved on to become a Junior Accounts Manager at Booking.com from 2012 to 2014. Koay then worked as a Yield Manager at Hotelbeds from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they took on the role of Reservation Manager at Radisson Hotel & Suites Sydney before transitioning to Ctrip.com. At Ctrip.com, they held two roles, first as a Market Manager from 2016 to 2017 and then as a Regional Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working as a Sourcing Manager at Accommodations Plus International.

Koay Jenny attended Disted College Penang, where they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality Management. The field of study for their diploma was Hospitality Administration/Management. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration" and "Data Analytics for Business Professionals" from LinkedIn in March 2020.
