Michael Curatolo

Michael Curatolo serves as Vice President at Accommodations Plus International since June 2019. Previously, Michael held several leadership roles, including Director of Call Center Operations at Healthplex, Inc. from May 2018 to May 2019, where the focus was on enhancing customer service efficiency. As Operations Director of Aftercare at CITYMD from April 2015 to November 2016, Michael implemented systems to improve performance metrics for a large team. Additional experience includes managing call centers at Binder and Binder, directing operations across multiple domestic and international centers at CoreLogic Credco, and serving as Director of Mortgage Operations at First American CREDCO starting in 1996. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Briarcliffe College between 1999 and 2002.
