Rodrigo Shiratsu

Rodrigo Shiratsu has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rodrigo currently works as the Director of Business Analytics at Accommodations Plus International since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Process and projects coordinator at Itaú Unibanco from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for process reengineering and restructuring of operational back offices. Additionally, they gained experience working in different Squads using Agile methodology.

Before Itaú Unibanco, Rodrigo worked at LATAM Airlines from 2011 to 2018. Rodrigo served as the Manager of Crew Resources & Optimization, overseeing a team that rostered over 6,500 flight crew members. Their responsibilities included developing studies to optimize operations, managing KPI metrics, and long-term planning. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Advanced Resources Analyst, where they focused on strategic planning, developing scenarios for enhancing productivity and optimizing costs.

Rodrigo also briefly worked as a Trainee at GOL in 2011 and as a Survey Coordinator at Instituição de Ensino FIPE from 2007 to 2010.

Rodrigo Shiratsu pursued their education starting from 2004 to 2010 at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Tourism. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they enrolled in Fundação Instituto de Administração - FIA, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Management. Additionally, Rodrigo has obtained various certifications, including the Especialista Black Belt em Lean Seis Sigma and Treinamento de Black Belt em Lean Seis Sigma from Grupo Voitto in March and February 2021, respectively. Rodrigo also acquired the Introdução ao Lean Manufacturing certification from Grupo Voitto in May 2020 and the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in the same month and year.
