Tuyen Ly

Tuyen Ly is an accomplished technology and operations leader with extensive experience in technical support, service delivery, and continuous improvement across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Support (Operations) at Accommodations Plus International, Tuyen previously held the role of Director of Service Delivery, Support & Operations, SRE, and CI/CD at BMO. Earlier positions include Sr IT Manager at TDT, where responsibilities encompassed transition, support, operations, and data analytics, as well as Development Expert at Amdocs. Tuyen's career began at TDTD as IT Manager/Lead, focusing on infrastructure and middleware. Tuyen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering and a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Human Resources Management, both from the University of Ottawa.
