Yael Berlinger has been working in the tech industry since 1984. ✨ Yael began as a Voice Over Professional for in-house and freelance projects. In 2009, they were a Technical Writer for Zend Technologies and a Consultant/Web Content Writer/Blogger for Gallery Atlantic Inc. In 2010, they took on the role of Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Training/eLearning/Content Development, and Voiceover Talent for Verint. ✨ Yael then moved to BMC Software in 2014 as a Senior Information Designer and Developer. In 2015, Yael was a Senior Technical Writer for Airspan Networks, followed by a Technical Writer role for Tufin in 2017. In 2020, they were a Technical and UX Writer for Logz.io, and in 2022 they became a Senior Technical & UX Writer for Snyk and a Documentation Manager/Technical & UX Writer for Apiiro.

Yael Berlinger's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Binghamton University which they obtained between 1980 and 1984. ✨ Yael then attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1989 and 1991, although they did not obtain a degree. In 1996 and 1997, they obtained a Certification in Technical and Scientific Communication from MediaWorks.
