Sapna Ashraf is currently the Head of Learning & Development at Apisero. Prior to this, they were with American Express from November 2019 to April 2020 as the Manager Centurion Servicing - Relationship Managers - India Market. Before that, they were with brains at work as a Consultant from November 2012 to November 2019.

Sapna started their professional journey with Emirates in September 1999 and worked there till October 2012, where they were the Skywards - Partnerships Manager - Americas & Africa Region. During their stint at Emirates, they were responsible for concept formation, planning, development, management and execution of commercial loyalty platforms, brand positioning and communication strategies. Sapna also envisioned, conceptualized, designed, launched and established top end global hospitality partnerships with the likes of the iconic Atlantis The Palm, Address Hotels & Resorts, One & Only Resorts, Accor Hotels and Global Hotel Alliance while defining individual and unique customer value propositions for each partnership.

Sapna has also led and managed global, regional and local partnerships with Starwood, Hyatt, InterContinental, Jumeirah, Marriott, Hilton, Fairmont, Shangri-la and Swissotel. Furthermore, they have also led and managed the design, delivery and launch of frequent flyer partnerships with Alaska Airlines in February 2012 and JetBlue in July 2012 within a short span of 6 months. For these partnerships, they conceptualized, designed and strategized the customer value proposition with roll out in a short span. These were critical partnerships as they supported zero disruption to member benefits in the US, even as the United & Continental were being terminated.

Sapna has also termination of partnerships with United Airlines and Continental Airlines during the United Airlines & Continental merger. Additionally, they have also managed global partnerships with United AirlinesContinental AirlinesSouth African Airways and Srilankan. Sapna has also managed the Citibank portfolio globally while conceptualizing and launching successful and innovative products including the Emirates-Citibank co-brand in Australia and the Emirates-Citibank Debit card in the UAE along with running multiple successful strategic and tactical multi-million dollar revenue generating campaigns.

Sapna Ashraf has a BA Hons in Japanese from Jawaharlal Nehru University, an Arts degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya, and is a Certified Master Practitioner from NFNLP. Sapna also has a certification from LinkedIn in Guy Kawasaki on How to Rock Social Media.

They work with Veeramani Mathivanan - Principal Architect, Prashant Bhandari - Principal Architect, and Ashish Shrivastava - Principal Architect. Sapna Ashraf reports to Paul Kersey, CTO.
