Alicia Cerecedes

Alicia Cerecedes has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Alicia began their career at Brown and Toland in 2009, serving as a Physician Practice Solutions Deployment specialist, before transitioning to the role of Project Manager in 2012. In 2014, they assumed the position of Electronic Health Services Manager, a role they held until 2018. During their time at Brown & Toland Physicians, they served as the Manager of Physician Relations from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Alicia is with Apixio, where they started as a Customer Success Manager in 2019. Alicia progressed to become the Manager of Customer Success in 2020 and then the Senior Manager of Customer Operations in 2021. Presently, Alicia holds the role of Director of Customer Success at Apixio since 2023.
