Nicole Fontana

Nicole Fontana, POPM, currently serves as a Business Implementation Analyst at Apixio since October 2024. Prior roles include Manager of Data Analytics at Chryselys from July 2022 to October 2024 and Medicare Advantage Associate in Strategic Partnerships at Oscar Health from October 2021 to July 2022. At Health First, from July 2012 to October 2021, Nicole held several positions including Business Operations Analyst, Lead Appeal and Grievance Coordinator, and Clinical Support Specialist, where responsibilities involved developing technical solutions, managing grievances, and coordinating clinical activities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Counselor at Holmes Regional Medical Center and a Student Services Advisor at Brevard College. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
