Tom Magnotta

Tom Magnotta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tom is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Apixio since July 2023. Previously, they served as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at ClaimLogiq starting from May 2022. From October 2021 to May 2022, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at DataLink Software. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President and General Manager (SVP & GM) at HMS from April 2019 to October 2021. Tom has also held leadership positions at WellCare Health Plans, Cotiviti, Health Net, Norwalk Hospital, and Phelps Memorial Hospital, showcasing their expertise in operations, finance, and healthcare.

Tom Magnotta has a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Health Policy and Financial Management from New York University. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Healthcare Administration from Springfield College. Their high school education was completed at Fox Lane High School. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tom has obtained certifications in Pragmatic Marketing from Pragmatic Marketing and Miller Heiman from Miller Heiman Group.
