Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Materials & Logistics Management from Michigan State University from 1981 to 1986. In 2015, Joseph also attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they completed the SCTE Executive Education program.
