Phil Dearth

Phil Dearth serves as the Regional Vice President and HR Head of the Americas at APL Logistics, overseeing HR strategy across North, Central, and South America since October 2012. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Global Strategy and Marketing and General Counsel for the Americas, where responsibilities encompassed legal management and strategic planning for the company's Asia regions. Dearth's legal expertise is further evident from previous positions at Castagna Scott LLP and Bair Hilty PC, focusing on transportation, construction, and liability litigation. Dearth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and both a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Tech University.
