Alexander Wieland

Alexander Wieland is the Co-Founder and COO of Aplazo, a company that provides an online platform for businesses to connect with service providers. Prior to Aplazo, Alexander was the Head of Operations at OYO México where they launched Uber Eats markets in Mexico and Central/South America. Before that, they were the General Manager for Mexico at Lime, a scooter rental company. Prior to Lime, Alexander worked at Uber as the Sr. Regional Manager for Uber Eats LatAm from August 2015 to September 2018. Alexander also has experience in the financial industry, having worked as a Strategy Associate at Citi from June 2012 to June 2015. Alexander holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Alexander Wieland received a BA in Economics Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, with a focus in econometrics and quantitative economics.
