Andrea González Arteaga

Andrea González Arteaga is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Tech Lead Manager at Aplazo since August 2025. Previously, Andrea held multiple roles at Bitso from January 2020 to May 2025, including Engineering Manager, where significant achievements included scaling a full-stack product team and leading the development of user-centric products for crypto and fiat transactions across LATAM. As Chapter Lead, Andrea mentored frontend engineers, ensuring alignment on engineering practices and enhancing delivery velocity. Andrea's technical expertise as a React Engineer contributed to creating scalable features and launching the company's first web design system. Andrea's career began as a UI/UX Designer and FrontEnd Developer at Proyected and included a role as a Graphic Designer at Consejo Cívico. Andrea holds a B.A. in Animation & Digital Art from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned in 2019.
