Manuel Muench

Manuel Muench has extensive work experience in accounting and finance roles. Manuel started their career with an internship in the CFO department at Vibracoustic North America in 2009. Manuel then worked as a Referent Group Accounting at Unternehmensgruppe Freudenberg from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined EY as an Associate Financial Audit & Advisory Services from 2011 to 2013. Manuel then worked at PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG as a Referent Group Accounting from 2013 to 2017. Manuel joined Apleona Group as a Manager IFRS Methods & Principles in 2017 and later became Dep. Head of Corporate Accounting in 2022. In 2020, they joined CORESTATE Capital Group as Vice President Group Accounting & Accounting Policies. Finally, in 2023, they returned to Apleona, this time as the Head of Accounting & Treasury.

Manuel Muench pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their field of study during this period focused on Steuern/Prüfungswesen & Accounting/Controlling. Following this, Manuel Muench enrolled at the University of Münster in 2015 and completed their studies in 2017. During their time at the University of Münster, they pursued an Executive MBA degree with a specialization in Accounting & Controlling.
