Sebastian Beronius is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in facility management, operations, and business strategy across various regions, including the Nordic countries, EMEA, and Africa. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Apleona Group since February 2023, Sebastian previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Addressya, where responsibilities included establishing a new sales program and negotiating partnerships with multinational clients. Sebastian's earlier roles at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions included Managing Director for Sweden and surrounding countries, achieving significant growth, and leading service delivery for global clients. Prior experience also includes key positions at Johnson Controls, emphasizing client relationship management and commercial contract negotiations. Sebastian holds two master's degrees, one in Mechanical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and another in Business from the Stockholm School of Business, focusing on finance and corporate strategies.
