Adi Safriyanto

Adi Safriyanto has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They recently worked at APLOG, starting in August 2021 as an Organizational Development Manager. They then progressed to the role of CEO Office - Organization Strategic in September 2022, and are currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Organization Development, beginning in January 2023.

Prior to APLOG, Adi was a Referpal Partner Executive at Referpal Indonesia from September 2020 onwards. They also worked as an HR Business Partner Lead at PT. Penguin Indonesia in 2021, and as an HC Business Partner Manager at PT EDI Indonesia from 2020 to 2021.

Before that, Adi held the position of HR Department Head at PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing HR programs, developing HR strategies, and providing HR business partnership to other functions and business leaders.

They started their career as an HR Corp. Affairs & Internal Communication Jr Supervisor at PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk in 2012.
