Brad Shoff

Brad Shoff is an experienced professional in the contact center and managed services industry with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President at A+ Federal Credit Union since January 2022, Brad has previously held leadership positions including Site Director at Everise and The Results Companies and Service Delivery Manager at Trusource Labs. During tenure at these companies, Brad managed large teams, improved key performance indicators, executed operational strategies, and enhanced client relationships. Additional experience includes managing a 24/7 BPO contact center at Zacoustic and significant roles at University Federal Credit Union, where Brad contributed to substantial growth and operational efficiencies. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
