Bruin Value Investing
Rajvir K. serves as the President of Bruin Value Investing, UCLA's inaugural undergraduate finance organization and student-managed real-money investment fund, since September 2021. In March 2023, Rajvir K. became the Vice President and Technology Investing Sector Leader of the UCLA Undergraduate Business Society, which has over 5,500 members and numerous corporate sponsors. Rajvir K. has completed various roles in investment banking, including positions at Moelis & Company, Almitas Capital, Watertower Advisors, and Drake Star, alongside a summer associate role at PwC. Additionally, Rajvir K. founded StudySmart, an Ed-Tech platform focused on optimizing revision techniques, which was acquired in May 2021. Rajvir K. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UCLA and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from GEMS Wellington Academy Silicon Oasis.

Bruin Value Investing is UCLA's leading undergraduate finance organization and first student-led investment fund. Members gain hands-on experience in understanding and forming investment ideas through creating team-driven stock pitches. These investment ideas are developed using the value investment perspective, which seeks to find businesses with sustainable competitive advantages and a market price trading below its intrinsic value. While developing and presenting investment ideas, members gain exposure to the various aspects of financial markets, investment research, and financial analysis. Beyond being a finance organization, Bruin Value Investing also prides itself on its driven, tight-knit, and inclusive culture, as we strive to support our members both professionally and personally. The result is that members attain top careers across investment banking, private equity, consulting, and other related fields, while also forming networks and friendships that span far beyond college.
