Carmen MacHalek

Carmen Machalek is a dedicated professional in the field of advertising and communications, currently serving as Manager of Ad Sales Partnerships at A+E Networks since September 2019. With prior roles, including Associate Manager and Sales Service Representative, Carmen has demonstrated leadership as an Executive Member of the Ad Sales Culture Committee and Chair of the Ad Sales Adaptive Work Environment Task Force. Previous experience includes hospitality at Chimney Rock Inn and editorial roles at Apprentice House Press, where Carmen managed social media and manuscript evaluations. An alumnus of Loyola University Maryland, Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, complemented by a study abroad experience in Greece. Recognized for contributions to campus activities, Carmen was named Employee of the Month at Loyola's Fitness and Aquatic Center in November 2018.
