Christopher Garetano

Christopher Garetano is an accomplished executive producer and host, currently leading "Strange World" on the Discovery Channel since January 2019 and "DARK FILES" at The History Channel since August 2016, where the show delves into the hidden aspects of U.S. history. As the owner of White Phosphorus Pictures since January 2003, Christopher aims to innovate within the film industry. Prior experience includes directing and producing works at Fortuneteller Films, where Christopher launched the magazine "Are You Going?" and produced the film "Horror Business." Earlier in his career, Christopher worked as a Camera Tech for Panavision, preparing camera packages for major productions. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film from the School of Visual Arts, completed in 2000.
