Hyosoon Park

Hyosoon Park is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the People Team at A+E Networks since September 2022, Hyosoon leads HR initiatives in South Korea. Prior experience includes a role as HR Director and HRBP for dentsu international from October 2018 to September 2022, focusing on enhancing HR functions and talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, Hyosoon worked as a Recruiter at McKinsey & Company in early 2018, where responsibilities included developing recruiting strategies and leading decision meetings. Prior to that, Hyosoon was a Development & Talent Acquisition Professional at Daewoong Pharmaceuticals from 2011 to 2017, where key achievements involved enhancing communication and fairness in the talent selection process through innovative systems.
