Karen Gray

EVP, Human Resources at A+E Networks

Karen Gray is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at A+E Networks. Karen has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including their previous role as Head of Human Resources for Christie's Americas. At Christie's, Karen was responsible for leading the Human Resources department, overseeing recruitment, compensation, and HR business partner functions. Karen was also a member of the Regional Executive Committee and senior member of the U.S. pensions committee.

Karen has a proven track record of being a strategic people leader, with a focus on talent and succession planning. Karen has successfully recruited senior regional hires and facilitated a number of learning and development courses. In addition, they rebuilt the Americas Corporate Social Responsibility team and programming, including initiating the Christie’s global day of service.

Karen is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, and is committed to supporting organizations in their efforts to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.

Karen Gray attended Williams College, where they earned a BA in Religion. Karen then attended Harvard Law School, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.).

Their manager is Paul Buccieri, President and Chairman. Karen Gray works with Susan Tanamli - EVP, CTO & Head of Global Technology & Media Operations, Steve Ascher - EVP, Head of Development, A+E Factual Division, and Elaine Frontain Bryant - Executive Vice President & Head of Programming, A&E.
