Resham Ramchandani

Resham Ramchandani is a legal expert with extensive experience in corporate transactions and general counsel. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at A+E Networks since July 2016, Resham has previously held the position of Vice President, Counsel for Corporate Transactions at Viacom from March 2013 to July 2016. Prior to that, Resham worked as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from April 2011 to February 2013 and at Stikeman Elliott LLP from January 2006 to April 2011. Resham holds an LL.L and LL.B from the University of Ottawa, earned between 2001 and 2005.
