Jason Kalish

Jason Kalish is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and corporate governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Related Companies since September 2025, Jason previously held key legal positions at Beam Living, where responsibilities included management as Senior Vice President and Head of Legal as well as Vice President Legal. Jason's earlier role as Associate General Counsel at StuyTown involved overseeing commercial leasing, business relations, and litigation management for a large residential portfolio. With a background that includes in-house counsel roles at Vodyssey Group and transactional law experience at Greenberg Traurig and Stadtmauer Bailkin LLP, Jason has developed a comprehensive skill set in legal matters associated with real estate operations. Jason earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Tulane University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University.
