Ivan Koh

Ivan Koh has a wide range of experience in the property management and real estate industry. Ivan started their career at CapitaLand in 2003 as a Regional General Manager, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined Perennial as CEO of China operations and held this position until 2020. From 2010 to 2011, Ivan worked at DLF Limited as the COO (Retail). Currently, they serve as the CEO of Singapore at APM Property Management Pte Ltd, a position they have held since 2021.
