Cesar Seabra Diniz

Cesar Seabra Diniz is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in maritime investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Senior Investment Manager at APM Terminals since 2017, Cesar oversees large-scale investment projects, including greenfield and brownfield initiatives, and M&A execution. Previously, in the role of Investment Manager, significant contributions were made to global maritime infrastructure investments in Croatia, Spain, and Turkey. Prior experience includes a summer associate position in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, focusing on M&A advisory, and a business development associate role at MDL Realty, managing financial structures and risk analysis for real estate projects in Brazil. Additionally, a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis was established during tenure at Gafisa. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan, a postgraduate diploma in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
