Pedro Sousa

Pedro Sousa currently serves as the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Essex County College, overseeing recruitment and social media development for the NJCAA Division 2 program. In addition to coaching, Pedro has held various roles at APM Terminals since March 2015, including Port Watchman and Recording Secretary for the Port Police and Guards Union. Recently elected to a three-year term as Secretary Treasurer/Business Agent, Pedro collaborates closely with union leadership on financial management and collective bargaining. Previous experience includes consultancy roles in securing contracts for professional soccer players and coaching at Arsenal F.C. Pedro holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University and an Associate of Science in Liberal Studies from UCNJ Union College.
