Sander Hubbers

Sander Hubbers has a vast and diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Sander has held leadership positions in the field of Human Resources, starting with their current role as the Head of Human Resources (CHRO) at APM Terminals since April 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR CCO at APM Terminals from January 2017 to April 2019.

Before joining APM Terminals, Sander worked as the VP HRM APAC / EMEA at SunEdison from May 2015 to January 2017. Sander also served as the SVP Human Resources (CHRO) at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from May 2012 to May 2015.

Earlier in their career, Sander held the position of VP HR Smartphone Division and Region HR Central-Europe, APAC and US at ST-Ericsson from 2008 to February 2012. Prior to that, they were the VP HR COO Organization & Region HR APAC at NXP Semiconductors from 2005 to 2008.

Sander's extensive work experience also includes various roles at Philips, where they started in 1993 as an HR Manager Operations. Sander later served as the Regional HR Director Marketing & Sales Europe, Senior Director HR Semiconductors Marketing & Sales Organization, and played a key role in the company's HR operations from 1993 to 2004.

Sander Hubbers received a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from HAN University of Applied Sciences in 1991. Sander then completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Radboud University between 1991 and 1994. In 2007, Sander attended INSEAD for a short period, but the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
