Bob Gapes

Bob Gapes has extensive experience in employment services and management, having held various roles from 1999 to the present. Notably, Gapes served as an Employment Consultant at CRS Australia, where the focus was on assisting individuals facing barriers to secure sustainable employment. Gapes progressed to roles such as Regional Manager at Campbell Page, overseeing multiple Employment Service Areas and ensuring high performance standards. Further tenure included positions as National Operational Manager at Campbell Page and Operations Manager at Konekt Employment, emphasizing contract compliance and service delivery. Since 2020, Gapes has been the Regional Manager at APM Employment Services, currently overseeing operations in the Somerset Region of Brisbane and remains semi-retired as of July 2021, while continuing to contribute to the sector.
