Paula L.

Paula L. is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture Operations and previously as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner at APM since September 2019, Paula has developed expertise in HR consultancy, employee relations, and conflict resolution, honed during tenure as an HR Business Partner at Bethanie from July 2012 to September 2019. Prior roles include HR Officer in local government and Senior HR Advisor at Pinnacle PSG, where Paula managed HR services during significant organizational growth.
