Brian Jerman

Brian Jerman has a comprehensive work history in operations and management roles. Brian is currently the Chief Operations Officer at APMEX, Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Specific Systems from January 2017 to October 2022. From October 2014 to December 2016, they were the Director of Operations at Enovation Controls. Before that, Brian worked at Terex in various positions, including Operations Director, Value Stream Director for Cranes, and Manager of Aftermarket Services. Brian started working at Terex in December 2007 and left in October 2014. From November 2004 to November 2007, Brian held roles at RSC Equipment Rental as a Branch Manager and Inside Salesman. Their experience includes overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing lean production techniques, managing teams, overseeing budgets and inventory, and coordinating with sales representatives and customers.

Brian Jerman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University, which was earned from 2000 to 2004. In 2007 to 2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Central Oklahoma. Finally, in 2020 to 2021, Brian studied at Pepperdine Law and obtained a Master of Legal Studies degree. In addition to their degrees, Brian also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification granted by Enovation Controls in June 2016.
