Duane Elwood

Duane Elwood has extensive experience in operations and quality assurance, currently serving as Operations Supervisor and previously as Operations Lead at APMEX, Inc. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Duane worked at Claims Management Resources, Inc. from March 2012 to 2017 as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Duane's experience also includes a brief period at Southwest Airlines in 2015 as part of the CS&S team, and a role as Merchandise Execution Associate at The Home Depot from October 2009 to March 2012. Earlier in Duane's career, management experience was gained at D&L Alignment and Brake, where a managerial position was held from September 1994 to September 2009.
