Dick Eassom

Dick Eassom, CF APMP Fellow, is the Vice President of Corporate Support at SMA, Inc. and has over 45 years of professional experience, including nearly 30 years in bid and proposal management. As a recognized writer, presenter, and trainer in the field, they authored "The SMA Way: A Style Guide for Proposal Writers" and have held significant leadership roles within the APMP, including Chapter Chair and Past Chair for various regions. Eassom also serves as Chief Word Officer at Wordman Speaks, providing advanced training and consulting in Microsoft Word applications for proposal professionals. They earned a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds.
