In addition to Banner Health, Vicki Keiser serves as the chair on Community Health Choice's Board of Directors and serves on the FCET, Inc., Advisory Board. She is a proven senior executive, leading and developing teams that produced growth and positive change in companies and organizations.
Keiser has filled several executive roles with Deloitte, including Regional Leader for Deloitte’s Healthcare Services. In this role, she led the team to grow the practice to more than $150 million and over 20% of domestic health care revenues. As a Regional Leader of Deloitte’s Women’s Initiative, she led the change in the firm’s culture, resulting in improved retention rates, career development and leadership advancement of women at Deloitte.
Additionally, Keiser led audit client teams serving public and private companies with multiple locations and international companies with U.S. operations. She has advised and consulted CEOs, CFOs and directors to enhance processes and improve financial performance.
