Nayanditya Pradhan

Nayanditya Pradhan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist II at apna since December 2024. Prior to this role, Nayanditya worked at WeRize as a Senior Associate-HR from February 2023 to November 2024 and held various positions at Simplilearn, including Associate-HR Operations and Human Resource Associate-Talent Acquisition from November 2021 to January 2023. Additionally, Nayanditya completed an internship as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Wofo24 in August 2021. Nayanditya holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of North Bengal, obtained between 2016 and 2019.
