Yuvraj Khemani

Yuvraj Khemani is the Vice President of Finance at apna. Yuvraj has over six years of experience in finance and accounting, and has played a pivotal role as a Head of Finance, Legal and Secretarial department and Core-Team member of the organization. Yuvraj has also worked on Formation of ESOP Pool; Designed ESOP Plan for the Company; Created Two Subsidiaries for the Company.

Yuvraj Khemani started their career as an Internal Auditor with JKM Infra Projects Limited. Yuvraj was promoted to Senior Manager-Finance & Accounts within two years. In this role, they were responsible for providing input to Executive, Board and Audit Committee reports, Material Reconciliation for the Project, Budgeting and Control, Statutory Compliances for Entry Tax liability and Way Bills Control, proper deduction and utilization of VAT liability and filing of returns - CST, VAT, Entry Tax, Professional Tax, and WCT. Yuvraj also supported site Internal Auditing Program partnering with site leadership to set-up teams and perform team audits of the various site departments to ensure compliance to site standard operating procedures and policies.

In their current role as Vice President of Finance at apna, Yuvraj Khemani is responsible for the long-term growth of the company and determining the impacting business factors. Yuvraj works with operating leaders in the Company to ensure Operational Plans and Agendas are tightly integrated with Financial Plans. Yuvraj is also responsible for creating global investor relations program, including strategy (linked to the company’s strategy), operating plan and related processes and priorities.

Yuvraj Khemani is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Yuvraj has worked in the fields of accounting and finance, banking, corporate, finance, and securities law.
