Erica Irvin

Erica Irvin, MBA, RID, NCIDQ, LEED AP, serves as the Chief of Design Services at Apogee Consulting Group, overseeing Architecture, Interiors, Engineering, and Project Management teams across nine offices. With extensive experience in interior design, Erica has previously held roles such as Interiors Department Manager and Director at American Structurepoint, and Department Head at Gibraltar Design Inc., where responsibilities included collaborative design, project management, and client standards development. An advocate for health and wellness as a Gold Brand Ambassador at Plexus Worldwide, Erica also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The Art Institutes. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Purdue University and is pursuing an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Eastern University, along with a Certificate in Women in Leadership from Valparaiso University.
