Robert Sloyan

Robert Sloyan has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in talent management. Robert is currently the Vice President of Human Resources - Talent Management at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at different companies, including being an adjunct faculty at Benedictine University, the Vice President of Human Resources at Tru Vue, and the Regional HR Manager at SecurityLink from Ameritech. Before that, they worked as an HR Representative at MetLife. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated their expertise in human resources and has had a focus on talent management.

Robert Sloyan has a strong educational background with multiple degrees and certifications. Robert obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from St. Joseph's College (IN) from 1987 to 1991. Robert then went on to earn their first Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Saint Xavier University from 1991 to 1993. Later, they pursued their second MBA degree, this time in Finance, from Saint Xavier University from 2000 to 2003. To further enhance their qualifications, Robert completed a PhD in Organizational Development from Benedictine University from 2006 to 2009.

In addition to their degrees, Robert has also acquired several certifications. Robert obtained the GPHR certification from SHRM in 2012. Furthermore, Robert received the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and the SPHR certification from SHRM, although the specific dates for these certifications are not provided. Most recently, they obtained the Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning in July 2023.
