Robert Sloyan has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in talent management. Robert is currently the Vice President of Human Resources - Talent Management at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. Prior to their current role, they held various positions at different companies, including being an adjunct faculty at Benedictine University, the Vice President of Human Resources at Tru Vue, and the Regional HR Manager at SecurityLink from Ameritech. Furthermore, Robert received the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification and the SPHR certification from SHRM, although the specific dates for these certifications are not provided. Most recently, they obtained the Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning in July 2023.
