Robert has served as the Director of Operations at Apogee Solutions, Inc, where they were responsible for managing large, complex programs under multi-million dollar contracts. Robert also worked in the US Coast Guard's Office of Health Services, where they served as the Chief of the Facilities Management Branch and the Career Management Branch.

Robert Walters, PMP obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Thomas Edison State University. Robert also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in December 2011.
