Robert has served as the Director of Operations at Apogee Solutions, Inc, where they were responsible for managing large, complex programs under multi-million dollar contracts. Additionally, they served as the Facility Security Officer for the company.
Walters also worked at the US Joint Forces Command (J9) as a Joint Experimentation Event Planner, where they led event planning and coordination for various projects. Robert was the Task Lead and Subject Matter Expert for the Joint Force Commander Command and Control Project Team.

Robert also worked in the US Coast Guard's Office of Health Services, where they served as the Chief of the Facilities Management Branch and the Career Management Branch.

Robert Walters, PMP obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Thomas Edison State University. Robert also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in December 2011.
