Cathleen Mandel

Cathleen Mandel serves as the Sr. Director People Partner at Apogee Therapeutics, a role assumed in July 2024. Prior to this position, Cathleen held multiple leadership roles at uniQure, including Sr. Director of HRBP and Global Talent Development, and Director of HRBP and Global Talent Development from June 2022 to July 2024. At bluebird bio, Cathleen advanced through various titles from Director of Talent & Development to HR Business Partner over a span of more than seven years. Earlier experience includes positions at Biogen Idec, where Cathleen served as Sr. HR Coordinator, Operations, and HR Coordinator, Recruitment Support, as well as a General Accountant role at Renaissance Worthington. Cathleen holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University, completed in 2011 and 2009, respectively.
