Kerri Stewart

Kerri Stewart has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Kerri is currently the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Apogee Therapeutics since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals as the Head of Talent Acquisition from January 2020 to July 2023. Kerri also served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals from September 2018 to January 2020 and as the Director of Human Resources at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. from July 2016 to September 2018.

Kerri's earlier experiences include working as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Alkermes from July 2013 to July 2016 and as the Director of Human Resources at AVEO Oncology from March 2012 to June 2013.

Kerri also worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Recruiting from January 2010 to March 2012, where they played a key role in building the company's field sales and payer organization and implementing new staffing processes.

Before that, Kerri was the Director of Talent Acquisition & Deployment at EMD Serono, Inc. from May 2008 to December 2009. Kerri started their career as a Biopharma Industry Staffing Consultant, providing staffing consulting services to various companies including Novartis Vaccines, Genzyme, Shire, and Cubist Pharmaceuticals.

In 2001, Kerri joined TKT (acquired by Shire) as the Director of Recruiting and was responsible for establishing the company's first recruiting function and supporting its growth from 300 to 450 employees in 2002. Throughout their career, they have displayed strong expertise in talent acquisition, staffing, and human resources management.

Kerri Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
