Kristen Baker

Kristen Baker is a seasoned clinical scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical research fields. Currently serving as Senior Director at Apogee Therapeutics since January 2025, Baker has previously held various positions at Syros Pharmaceuticals from August 2020 to November 2024, including Director of Clinical Sciences and Associate Director of Clinical Sciences. Prior to that, Baker worked at Tufts Medical Center from June 2012 to August 2020 in pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplant nursing roles. Early career roles included Clinical Research Nurse at the National Institutes of Health and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Kristen Baker holds a Master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Community Health from Tufts University, as well as a certificate in Clinical Research Conduct and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
