Paola Pavanelli

Paola Pavanelli has over 30 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Paola began their career in 1987 as an Administrative Personnel and Accounting Attendant for CALORFLEX S.r.l. In 1988, they became an Attendant for Personnel Management and Assistant Director of Finances for Fiat Group. From 1989 to 1990, they were an Administrative Personnel Attendant for Autotrasporti Nuova Trans and Finsoft srl. In 1991, they joined TNT Automotive Logistics S.p.A. as a Coordinator of Personnel Administration, Administration of Directors and Expatriates, and Cost Reporting. From 2007 to 2016, they were a Personnel Administration and Cost Manager for CEVA Logistics. Her duties included budgeting, payroll and tax compliance, and interfacing with the general accounting and management control. From 2016 to 2022, they were the Human Resources Manager for La Meridiana Due Società Cooperativa Sociale. Currently, they are an HR Manager for Apogeo Space.
