Tammy Toma

Tammy Toma has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tammy started their career as a Partner and Vice President at The Personnel Office, Inc., where they were responsible for strategic planning, staff management, client relations, and business development. Tammy then worked as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton and later at Amazon Web Services, managing senior-level HR programs. Tammy also worked as a Global HR Business Partner at CommScope, where they provided HR solutions for three major business segments. Prior to their current role as the Lead HR Business Partner at Two Six Technologies, they served as an HR Manager for North America Operations at IBA, overseeing HR operations for US-based employees.
