Katherine Miller Weber

Katherine Miller Weber has a diverse professional background. Katherine currently serves as Director of Partnerships and Head of Partnerships at Apolitical since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Partnership Manager, Education Portfolio Lead and Senior Partnership Manager, North America at FutureLearn from 2015 to 2022. In the same year, they were also an Assistant Editor at Epigeum where they worked with the editorial and development teams to develop e-learning courses. From 2008 to 2015, they were a Ph.D. Candidate and Graduate Instructor at Brown University where they developed and taught courses on the academic research essay, creative nonfiction, and Anglo-American modernism. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate at Harvard Business School from 2006 to 2008 where they co-authored business school cases and edited teaching notes.

Katherine Miller Weber holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Brown University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in English and French from Wellesley College between 2002 and 2006. Weber also holds three certifications: Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up from LinkedIn (2022), Introduction to GDPR: General Data Protection Regulation from UCL (2018), and Blended Learning Essentials from the University of Leeds (2016).
