Pooja Warier Hamilton has a wealth of experience in the public and private sector. Pooja began their career in 2005 as the Co-founder, Director and Advisor for Journeys for Change. In 2006, they co-founded UnLtd India and served as the CEO. In 2009, they co-founded Bombay Connect and served as the CEO. In 2013, they were selected as a 2013 Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum. In 2016, they were selected as a Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellow for the Ananta Aspen and Aspen Institute. In 2018, they became the Managing Partner of Conduit Connect and Founding Partner and ED of Conduit Capital for The Conduit. In 2020, they became the Chief Partnerships Officer for Apolitical and the Director of the Board of Directors for Apolitical Academy.
Pooja Warier Hamilton attended the Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2001 to 2003, where they earned their Masters in Social Work.
