Madhu Aravind has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Madhu currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Apollo 24|7 since June 2020. Prior to this role, Madhu was the CEO of Searchlight Health, where they aimed to transform healthcare in India through the use of AI. Madhu also served as the CEO of HealthHiway, a self-service healthcare platform, and as an Advisor at OrderGroove, Inc., a startup offering managed subscription services. Madhu has held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Tech Ops at ngpay, a mobile commerce startup, and has also worked as Vice President and Director of Product Development at Fiserv, a leading software solutions provider to financial institutions. Madhu began their career at Trilogy Software, where they played various roles and gained experience working with Fortune 500 clients. Madhu has also been involved in social initiatives, serving as a Volunteer for the Villgro Innovations Foundation and leading volunteering drives in Chennai.

Madhu Aravind completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 1993 to 1997. Madhu then pursued a Masters in Engineering from Stanford University, where they studied from 1997 to 1998. Prior to their higher education, they attended Christ Nagar English High School from 1986 to 1991.
