Pavel Brylov

Pavel Brylov has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. Pavel began their career in 2003 as an IT Consultant at Karina Trading LLP, and then as the Head of Web Development Department at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange. In 2010, they joined Skype as a Senior Software Engineer on the Secure Web team, where they were responsible for all authenticated Web properties and the commerce stack. During their time at Skype, they progressed to Senior Software Development Engineer, Principal Software Engineering Manager, and Principal Group Engineering Manager, Leading Skype Commerce. In 2019, they joined JOB TODAY as the Head Of Engineering.

Pavel Brylov attended the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering and Telecommunications from 2002 to 2008, graduating with an Engineer degree in Telecommunications. In 2008, they obtained a Zend Certified Engineer certification from Zend. Pavel also holds a High Performance Mindset certification from Compete to Create.
