Nancy Jagger has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership roles in various companies. Nancy began their career as a Director of Human Resources at AlliedSignal (Honeywell) in 1994. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the VP of Human Resources at EaglePicher Technologies LLC. Nancy then joined MD Helicopters, Inc. as the VP of Human Resources, where they established and implemented human capital strategy from 2007 to 2009. Currently, Jagger serves as the VP of Human Resources Shared Services at Apollo Group, leading HR Shared Services including Payroll, HRIS, and HR Service Center supporting employee and faculty employee populations.
