Rajesh Nigade

Rajesh Nigade is an accomplished Food and Beverage Operations Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently with The Apollo Group since January 2019, Rajesh oversees bar and restaurant operations. Prior roles include Bar & Event's Operations Manager at The Majestic Vision, managing corporate events and destination weddings, and Assistant Bar Manager at P&O Cruises, where leadership was demonstrated over 140 employees. Rajesh's career also includes significant positions at Carnival UK, ranging from Night Operations Manager to Senior Bartender, gaining expertise in financial management and team supervision. Rajesh holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Elphinstone College and has pursued various training and certifications in food safety, pest control, and wines, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge in the field.
